- Follow the business on a social platform
- Refer a friend
- Buy or renew a product/service
- Check-in at a store
- Complete a task, a survey, a treatment plan
- Define the redemption benefits for points (e.g. 10 points can be redeemed for X product).
- Native payments capability to enable seamless billing and transfer of points when customers redeem points for a product or service that you provide.
- Allow agents, merchants, or suppliers of your brand to offer rewards to their customers, enabling ecosystem benefits.
- Offer reward accounts to individuals or groups of individuals (e.g., a family or household) to make points earned more meaningful and more social.
- Enable customers to use the rewards app to contact you easily, find a local store, or book with you.
- Document versioning for Privacy Policies, General Terms, and Product-specific Terms, supported by native digital signature execution and document management if required.
- Immutable-like data history and record history.
- Authentication and user management with support for OIDC and SSO.
- Hosted in a dedicated cloud environment.
- Infrastructure and application monitoring access.
- Documented SLAs.
Pricing
- SaaS plans for the vspry rewards and loyalty platform start from as low as $5,000 USD per month.
- Configuration and integration services fees may apply, subject to your requirements.
- Additional SaaS fees may apply, depending the chosen configuration.
- Minimum contractual commitment of 12 months, with discounts available for longer term commitments.
- Pricing subject to annual inflation adjustments.
- Billing currency is USD unless otherwise negotiated.
